The melamine tableware wholesale belongs to high molecular weight polymers, and its monomers are formaldehyde and melamine. Melamine resin does not cure at room temperature and generally needs to be thermally cured at 130-150 ℃. The results indicate that adding a small amount of acid as a catalyst can improve the curing rate. The cured melamine formaldehyde resin is colorless and transparent, stable in boiling water, and can even be used at 150 ℃.

During use, the following points should be noted:
1. Usage: Can be used in non dry microwave ovens and ozone disinfection cabinets (tableware with water droplets or food filled with water). However, this product is not a microwave specific tableware. It is recommended not to use the microwave for a long time to avoid shortening its service life.
2. Cleaning
(1) Please use a soft cloth to clean, do not use grinding powder and brushes to avoid leaving marks.
(2) Wash and rinse immediately after bleaching. It is recommended to soak in oxygen bleach once a week for 20 minutes each time.
(3) Do not use chlorine bleach to prevent material deterioration or discoloration.
(4) Long term immersion in high temperatures can damage the surface (patterns, etc.). If soaking is required, soak it in warm water at 30-40 ℃ for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Disinfection and preservation
(1) When using a disinfection warehouse, please use a hot air warehouse. The temperature inside the warehouse should be set at 80-85 ℃, and it should rise for about 20-30 minutes. Especially near the hot air outlet, the temperature will become very high, please pay attention.
(2) Boiling and disinfecting can easily lead to product spoilage. If boiling disinfection is required, please try to shorten the time and avoid boiling for a long time.
(3) When bleaching, be sure to use oxygen bleach instead of chlorine bleach. If chlorine bleach is used, the tableware will lose its luster, the handles will fall off, and the tableware itself will turn yellow. Please pay attention to the amount of bleach and rinse with water.
